All my bands are handmade to order and usually ship within 5-7 business days.

If you have an issue with your order, we allow exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Otherwise, since each band is handmade to order, all sales are final.

The black-colored connectors are the standard colors that come with most bands.

Of course! I have over 60 colors so can match almost identical if not identical color palettes. If you’re interested in a custom order, feel free to search for color palettes on Google or Pinterest. Then, send me a picture of your palette choice after placing an order. Sending a photo of an actual palette of colors is the best way to guarantee that I will be able to make you a band that reflects most accurately the colors you desire. Since there are many shades/tints of each color, sending a visual will help me know exactly what you're looking for (as compared to simply stating just "blue" or "green" for example). If "CUSTOM COLORS" option is not chosen, the color choice that was selected will be made. Again, if you'd like anything changed, you MUST pay a slight increase for a custom order.

Yes! It’s secured by a sliding knot and stays in place quite well- with no loosening or slipping (even during exercise).

The cord the bands are made of is a waxed polyester and it is very comfortable. It may feel a bit “sticky” at first but it gets softer and more comfy the longer you wear it.

Yes! I now offer this as an option!! Unfortunately, my cost for universal connectors is much more than the Apple Watch connectors so an add-on must be purchased alongside this listing. Please add the universal connector to your cart.

Yup! Guarantee your band’s arrival by purchasing the RUSH ORDER option alongside this listing. 

The ends of the band can be made shorter if preferred. Additional cord will be provided as well as a message with instructions upon request. Each side of the band is roughly 4-4.5" long- if you have smaller wrists, please let me know. Otherwise, the band will fit any size wrist up to approximately 8.5-9" in circumference.

Sure! Be sure to add a message during check-out. If you’re unsure, I suggest measuring the thickest part of your hand when it’s in position of putting on wristbands/bracelets- that way you’ll be certain it will fit over your hand. There is also another way to put the band on in case you get it and it’s too small.

All bands are made in the same order of colors (in accordance with the photo). Since every band is handmade, there may be slight variations in color or pattern from the photos in the listing BUT each one will be made with love and be very close, if not identical, to the ones pictured. For reference, most photos in the listing are taken using a 42/44 mm watch.
